You can always start working without setting up price lists, discounts or price policies. In this case within every sale you will set the price manually. Some companies with less sales work this way. |
This interface allows you to administer price lists. The page is divided in two main sections: Header (1) and List (2).
Within the Header (1) section, you have a green Add (+) button, which allows you to Add New Price List /Clients/.
Within the List (2) section you can see information about your price lists. The information is shown in columns that are described in the table below:

| Name | Name of the price list |
| Type | Type of the counterparty (Client/Supplier) |
| Type | Shows if the price list is standard or calculated |
| Price inc-tax | Shows the price with taxes |
| Currency | Shows the currency selected for the price list |
| Generated by | Shows if the price list is generated by another price list |
| Percent | Shows a percent of another price list included in this one |
You also have a few additional buttons:

| Prices | Opens a list with prices and services, which prices you can setup additionally for the specific price list. You can Edit a price by double clicking on the field. In case you want to setup the prices for the items for another price list, you have to click on the (+) button for the specific price list in the list on the left side. To return to the previous list with price lists, you have to click on the Close button in the Header. | |

List with Items and Services for a Standard price list.
The
screen is divided in three main sections: Header
(1), List with Price Lists (2) and List with Items and Services.
Within the Header (1) section you have a Close (X), which returns you to the previous list with price lists. With the green (+) button, you choose the price list which you want to Edit.
The list contains all of the items that you have entered in the system.
You also have a few additional buttons:

Additional measure will only show for the items for which you have pointed that out in the nomenclature. One item can have more than two measurement units. If you want to enter a price for every unit of measurement, you have to click on the icon for editing the line of the item. |

(4).
Within the Header (1) section you
can see three buttons that allow you to:
○ Add New Template
○ Calculate – Calculates the prices with the integrated formula
○ Close – Returns you to the previous list with price lists
Within the List sections you will get all the information for your items and services.
You also have a few additional buttons:

In case you have entered a new formula, you have to click on the Calculate button to refresh the prices.
