On the SoR Return Orders screen you can get information about your SoR Return Order documents. You can also filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) you can find a button that allows you to make a new SoR Return Order, Delivery or Lease Return Order.
There’s also a blue magnifier button that’s used to show and hide the Filter section.
When the Filter (2) section is shown, on the left side you will find three buttons – SoR Return Orders, Lines of SoR Return Orders, Items. They change the way you see the results below in the Result (3) section.
- If SoR Return Orders is selected, your result section shows a row for each SoR Return Order order.
- If Lines of SoR Return Orders is selected, your result section shows a row for each particular item that is part of the SoR Return Order. If three different items were returned within the same order, you will see three different rows in the result section for that same SoR Return Order.
- If Items is selected, your result section shows a row for each item that’s in an SoR Return Order and shows the aggregated quantity of its returns.
