On this page you can manage the currencies used in the system and their exchange rates. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Selectable tabs (2) and List of currencies (3).
Within the Header (1) you
havethree green buttons which allow
you to add/edit
Currency, Exchange rate (+) and Exchange rate type (+).
The blue buttons allow you to update the current exchange rate according to the
Bulgarian national bank (BNB).
Within the Selectable tabs (2) section you can choose between the three following tabs: Currencies, Exchange Rates, Exchange Rate Type.
The magnifier (upper left corner of the section) can be toggled on if you want to search through the list by any of the columns.
The enlarge table button (upper right corner of the section) allows you to to enlarge all the rows in the list below.
The X-looking button (upper right corner of the section) allows you to download the list as an XLS file.
Within the Currency tab the information is shown in columns that are described in the table below:

| ID | The ID of the currency |
| Status | The status of the currency |
Plus a few additional buttons:

On this page you can create a New Currency by clicking on the Currency (+) button in the Currencies page.
You have to fill in the ID and Name of the currency.
You can also create a New Exchange Rate, by clicking on the Exchange Rate (+) button in the Currencies page.
You have to fill in the ID, Name and Exchange rate types.
Furthermore, you can create a New Exchange Rate Type by clicking on the Exchange Rate Type (+) button in the Currencies page.
You have to fill in the ID and Name of the exchange rate type.
Youalso have an optional check box Used for invoicing.Checkit if the exchange rate type is used for invoicing.
