On the Payments screen you can get information about your payments and filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) you can find buttons that allows you to create a payment. You have multiple choices for the type of payment – Credit, Debit, Cash receipt, Expense cash receipt.
On the top right corner of the Header (1) section you have additional buttons for Money transfer and Export.
There’s also a blue magnifier button that’s used to show and hide the Filter section.
When the Filter (2) section is shown, you can filter based on something specific like a Date range, Company, Account type, Account, +/-, Type, Status and Currency. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below:

Date range (From, To) | Allows you to filter your results based on the date of the financial document |
Company | Allows you to pick your Company |
Account type | Allows you to pick Cash or Bank account |
Account | Allows you to pick your client |
Account | Allows you to pick your account |
+/- | Allows you to pick revenue or expense |
Type | Allows you to pick the type of the payment. The possible options here are: Financial documents, Financial documents – unallocated, Financial documents – allocated, Return of overpayment, Deposit, Without financial document |
Status | Allows you to check the status of the orders you want to see – if they are Allocated, Unallocated, Overdue or Cancelled. If their status is Allocated, the documents in the Result section will be in green color. If the status is Unallocated, the results will be in Black or Red color. If the status is Overdue, theresultswill be in Red color. If the status is Cancelled, theresults will be in gray color. |
Currency | Allows you to choose between different currencies. |
After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button – , to apply your filters and get your results.
The Result (3) section will show you the payments that happened based on your filter criteria, one payment on each row. By default, the system will only show you the most used columns:

If
you want to see more information about your sales, there are check
boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:

Company | The company which is registered in the system, there could be a few companies when there is a holding in place |

Linked transactions | Shows the history of the order like expedition documents, warehouse operations, payment document, etc. Each item in this column is a shortcut that opens the respective document |
Description | Shows the description of the payment (if any) |
Comment | Shows the comment of the financial document Note: When we check to show the Description and/or Comment columns, we get an additional button in the Result section – . That button allows for quick edit of these fields |
Description, Financial document | The description of the financial document (if any) |
Total amount in BGN | The total amount of the payment |
The
columns you select are remembered by the system so next time you come
to this screen and apply a filter to search for some orders, your
favorite columns will be shown.
