On the Availability Locations screen you can get information about the availability locations of the items and filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) you can find a blue button that allows you to export to XLS document.
Within the Filter (2) section, you can filter the results based on something specific like Availability as of date, Warehouse, Price list, Groups, Brand, Search. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below:

Availability as of date | Allows you to filter your availability results based on the date |
Warehouse | Allows you to choose from different warehouses and check availability of items in each one of them |
Price list | Allows you to select a price list and filter the items based on that list |
Groups | Allows you to pick between different groups in the system and filter the results based on them |
Brand | Allows you to choose to filter the results by brand of the items |
Search | Allows you to manually search for a specific item |
After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button – , to apply your filters and get your results. By default, the system will only show you these most used columns:

ID | Shows the ID of each particular item |
Name | Shows the Name of each particular item |
Brand | Shows the brand of each particular item |
Warehouse | Shows information about the warehouse the item is from |
Sub – Warehouse | Shows information about the sub-warehouse (if any) |
Sector | Shows in which sector the warehouse is |
UM | Shows the unit of measurement selected for each items |
Availability | Shows the availability of each item |
Price | The total amount in the order in the respective currency |
Split | The total price of all items on the screen as a result of multiplying Availability and Price |
Plus a few extra buttons:

If you want to see more information about your purchases, there are check boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:
Weight | Shows the weight of each item |
Minimum Quantities | Shows the minimum quantity required for each item |
Incoming | Shows only incoming items |
Outgoing | Shows only outgoing items |
Unsorted Only | Shows the unsorted items only |
Batches | Shows the batches/Serial Numbers of the items |
Reserved | Shows the reserved items |
Available | Shows the available items only |
Show Cost | Shows the cost for each item |
The columns you select are remembered by the system so next time you come to this screen and apply a filter to search for some orders, your favorite columns will be shown.
