Deposit Offsets

On the Deposit Offsets screen you can get information about your deposit offset documents and filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).

Within the Header (1) you can find a button that allows you to create a Client Offset or a Supplier Offset document.

There’s also a
blue magnifier button that’s used to show and hide the Filter section.

The buttons within the Filter (2) section allow you to filter based on something specific like a Date range, Company, Account, +/-, Status, Currency. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below:

Option

Meaning

Date range (From, To)

Allows you to filter your results based on the date of the operation

Company

The company for which the deposit offset document is created

Client

Allows you to choose the client for which the deposit offset document is created

+/-

Allows you to filter based on the offset type – Client or Supplier

Status

Allows you to check the status of the orders you want to see – if they are Regular or Cancelled. The Regular ones will be colored in black, the Cancelled ones will be grey

Currency

Allows you to choose between different currencies

After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button – , to apply your filters and get your results. The system will show you the results within a table with the following columns:

Account

Show the account of the company for which the deposit offset is made

Company

Shows the company for which the deposit offset is made

Description

Shows the description of the deposit offset document (if any)

Comment

Shows comments made for a specific deposit offset document

Linked Transactions

Shows if there are any linked transactions for the deposit offset document

Currency

The currency of the document

Revenue

Shows the revenue from the deposit offset document

Expenses

Shows if there are any expenses for the deposit document

Shows you more information for the previous column, in this case the account file with aggregated information for this account

Edit Description

Allows you to edit the Description and Comment columns

Filter on account or Filter on Company

Filters by account or Company and will only show you the deposit offsets for this particular account or company
