On the Statements to be created screen you can issue a new Retail Sales Statement document for the retail sales within a specific period. The screen is divided into three main sections: Account (1), Statements (2) and Action Buttons (3).
Within the Account (1) section you can find an existing account (Search) or create a new account (Add). The statement will be created for this account.
In the Statements (2) section you will see the statements that are about to be created for review. The statements are shown in a table with the following columns:
Column | Meaning |
Currency | Shows the currency of the statement |
Exchange rate | Shows the exchange rate (if the currency is different) |
Tax Template | Shows the tax template for the statement |
Day | Shows the day of the operation |
Shop | The shop of the retail sale |
Amount | Shows the amount of the statement |
Tax | Shows the tax based on the amount |
Total | Shows the total amount with taxes |
There are also buttons at the top right corner of that table that allow you to enlarge it or to export it to XLS file.
Once you’ve reviewed the screen, you can click Confirm to finish the creation of the new Retail Sales Statement.
Click Close if you would like to leave the screen without creating the statements.
