On the SoR Orders screen you can get information about your SoR Orders documents. You can also filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) you can find a button that allows you to make a new SoR Order, Leasing or Dispatch Order document.
There’s also a blue magnifier button that’s used to show and hide the Filter section.
When the Filter (2) section is shown, on the left side you will find three buttons – SoR Orders, Lines of SoR Orders, Items. They change the way you see the results below in the Result (3) section.
- If SoR Orders is selected, your result section shows a row for each SoR order.
- If Lines of SoR Orders is selected, your result section shows a row for each particular item that is part of the SoR Order. If three different items are shown within the same order, you will see three different rows in the result section for that same SoR order.
- If Items is selected, your result section shows a row for each item that’s in an SoR Order and shows the aggregated quantity of the items in the SoR Order.
The rest of the
buttons within the Filter section allow you to filter based on something
specific like Date Range, Type, Status, From Type, To Type. Most of
them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different
options are described in the table below:

Date range (From, To) | Allows you to filter your results based on the time the SoR order was made |
Type | Shows the type of the document – SoR Order |
Status | Allows you to choose the status of the SoR order – Confirmed, Active, Cancelled.If the status is set to Confirmed, the lines will be in green color. If the status is set to Active,the lines will be in black color. If the status is set to Cancelled, the lines will be in gray color. |
From Type | Allows you to choose the warehouse from where the SoR Order was made |
To Type | Allows you to choose the type of the document. The option would be Contract |
After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button –
, to apply your filters and get your
results. Based on your Filter (2) section, the Result (3) section will be
visualized differently.
When the Result filter is set to SoR
Orders, the Result (3) section will show you the SoR Orders that happened
based on your filter criteria. By default, the system will only show you the
most used columns:

Date | Shows the date on which the SoR order was made |
From | Shows who made the SoR order |
To | Shows whom the SoR order was made for |

If you want to add more information about your SoR Order documents, there are
check boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:

Weight | Shows the weight of the items in the SoR Order document |

When the Result filter is set to Lines
of SoR Orders, the Result (3) section will show you the lines of the SoR
Orders that happened based on your filter criteria, one item on each row. By
default, the system will only show you the most used columns:

Quantity | Shows the quantity of each particular item in the SoR Order |
Remaining Quantity | Shows the remaining quantities of the items |

Order.
With this view there are no additional columns that can be shown/hidden
with check boxes.
