On
the Availability
Leases
screen
you can get information about the
leases of the items
and filter the results based on different criteria.
The screen is divided into three main sections: Header
(1), Filter
(2) and Result
(3).
Within the Header (1) you can find several blue buttons that allows you to check availability in clients, Stock Take, Lease Return Order, Leasing and Export to XLS document.
Within the Filter (2) section, you can filter the results based on something specific like Availability as of date, Client, Contract, Price List, Groups, Brand, Search. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below:
Option | Meaning |
Availability as of date | Allows you to filter your availability results based on the date |
Client | Allows you to choose a client |
Contract | Allows you to choose from contracts (if any) |
Price List | Allows you to select a price list and filter the items based on that list |
Groups | Allows you to pick between different groups in the system and filter the results based on them |
Brand | Allows you to choose to filter the results by brand of the items |
Search | Allows you to manually search for a specific item |
After
choosing
the filters you want,
you can use the grey magnifier button –
,
to apply your filters and get your results. Based on your Filter (2)
section, the Result (3) section will be visualized differently. By
default, the system will only show you these most used columns:
Column | Meaning |
ID | Shows the ID of each particular item |
Name | Shows the Name of each particular item |
Brand | Shows the brand of each particular item |
Quantity | Shows the quantity leased to client |
Price | Shows the price of one unit |
Amount | Shows the total amount of the leased items |
Plus
a few extra buttons:

Record Item | Shows you more information for the item record | |
Transaction Event Log | Opens the transaction event log for the item |
If you want to see more information about your purchases, there are check boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:
Show in additional UM | Shows the additional UM selected for each item |
Cost | Shows the cost of each item |
The columns you select are remembered by the system so next time you come to this screen and apply a filter to search for some orders, your favorite columns will be shown.
