Accounts (without Account selected)

On the Accounts screen you can get information about your different accounts – bank, cash, virtual. You can also filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).

Within the Header (1) you can find buttons that allow you to create a new Credit, Debit, Cash receipt or Expense cash receipt. You also have a button that allows you to make a Money transfer.

The options within the Filter (2) section allow you to filter based on something specific like a Date range or Account. You can also show the amount in the account in BGN by clicking the “Total in BGN” check box – this is useful for accounts in different currencies.

The Result (3) section shows you all the accounts you have access to. The information is summarized in a table with the following columns:

Column Meaning
Company The company that uses this account
Type The type of the account – like bank, cash or virtual account
Account The name of the account
IBAN The IBAN of the account (if it is a bank account)
Accountable people The people with access to this account
Currency The currency of the account
Opening balance The account balance at the start of the period
Revenue Total calculated revenue from all the revenue documents within the period
Expense Total calculated expense from all the expense documents within the period
Closing balance The account balance at the end of the period

The Opening balance, Revenue, Expense and Closing balance columns change their names to Opening balance BGN, Revenue BGN, Expense BGN and Closing BGN when the “Total in BGN” option is selected in the Filter section and the filter is applied.

If you select an account in the Filter section, you get a different screen with information for this particular account.

Accounts (with Account selected)

On the Accounts screen you can get information about your specific account. The screen is divided into four main sections: Header (1), Filter (2), Information (3) and Operations (4).

Within the Header (1) you can find buttons that allow you to create a new Cash receipt or Expense cash receipt. You also have a button that allows you to make a Money transfer.

The options within the Filter (2) section allow you to filter based on something specific like a Date range or Currency. You can also the cancelled operations by clicking the “Show cancelled” check box.

The Information (3) section shows information for the selected account. If the account supports multiple currencies, the information gets divided into separate rows for each supported currency. The information is shown in a table with the following columns:

Company The company that uses this account
Type The type of the account – like bank, cash or virtual account
Account The name of the account
IBAN The IBAN of the account (if it is a bank account)
Accountable people The people with access to this account
Currency The currency of the account
Opening balance The account balance at the start of the period
Revenue Total calculated revenue from all the revenue documents within the period
Expense Total calculated expense from all the expense documents within the period
Closing balance The account balance at the end of the period

In the Operations (4) section you can find information about all Payments and Money Transfers made within the selected period.

The Payments information is shown in a table with the following columns:

Type The type of payment – cash receipt or expense cash receipt
Number The payment number
Date The payment date
Account The account associated with the payment
Status The payment status – paid or due
Description The payment description (if set)
Currency The payment currency
Revenue The revenue from the payment (if it is a revenue)
Expense The expense for the payment (if it is an expense)
Unallocated What is yet to be allocated as an amount from the total payment

The Money Transfers information is shown in a separate tab with the following columns:

Number The money transfer number
Date The money transfer date
Account The account name
Status The payment status – completed or in progress
Revenue/Expense Shows if this is a revenue or expense operation
From currency The currency of the sender account
From amount The sent amount (in the sender currency)
In currency The currency of the recipient account
Into The received amount (in the recipient currency)
Exchange rate The exchange rate between the sender’s and recipient’s currencies
Revenue The revenue amount (if it is a revenue operation)
Expense The expense amount (if it is an expense operation)
