On the Minimum Quantities screen you can see information about the quantities and availability of items in different warehouses. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) you can find a button that allows you to Export to XLS document or Import an already created XLS document.
The buttons within the Filter (2) section allow you to filter based on something specific like a Warehouse, Groups, Brand or do a Search. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below:

Warehouse | Allows you to choose from warehouses that are already registered in your system |
Groups | Allows you to choose a group from the drop down menu |
Brand | Allows you to choose a brand from the drop down menu |

If you choose With Quantity Only, the Results (3) section will show you only lines with quantities based on your other criteria in the Filter (2) section. If you choose Requested Only, the Results (3) section will show you only lines with information about the quantity requested for each item.
