On the Store-outs screen you can get information about your Stored-outs. You can also filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) you can find a button that allows you to Scrap Order.
There’s also a blue magnifier button that’s used to show and hide the Filter section –
When the Filter (2) section is shown, on the left side you will find three buttons – Store-outs, Lines of Store-outs, Items. They change the way you see the results below in the Result (3) section.
- If Store-outs is selected, your result section shows a row for each store-out.
- If Lines of store-outs is selected, your result section shows a row for each particular stored out item. If three different items were stored out within the same store-out, you will see three different rows in the result section for that same store-out.
- If Items is selected, your result section shows a row for each item that has been stored out and shows the aggregated quantity of the items stored out.
The rest of the buttons within the Filter section allow you to filter based on something specific like a Date range, Type, Status, From type, To type. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below.

| Type | Allows you to check filter the results based on the type of document – Store-out, Accounting Store-out, Scrap Order |
| Status | Allows you to choose the status of the stored-out items you want to see – If they are Regular the lines will be in green color, and if they are Canceled the lines will be in gray color |
| From Type | Allows you to filter based on the type of document – Warehouse, Contract |
| To Type | Allows you to choose to what type to filter. Choices will be – Without, Client, Contract, Route, Stock Transfer, Scrap Order |
After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button – , to apply your filters and get your results. Based on your Filter (2) section, the Result (3) section will be visualized differently.
When the Result filter is set to Store-outs, the Result (3) section will show you the store-outs that happened based on your filter criteria, one store-out on each row. By default, the system will only show you the most used columns:

| For | Shows for where the store-out was made |

Plus a few extra buttons:

 | Filter by account | Filters by account and will only show you the stored out items for this particular account |

If you want to see more information about your store-outs, there are check boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:

| Weight | Shows the weight of the stored-out item |

At the bottom right of the screen below the Quantity column, you can see the calculated amount of all items.
When the Result filter is set to Lines of Store-outs, the Result (3) section will show you the store-outs that happened based on your filter criteria, one stored item on each row. By default, the system will only show you the most used columns:

The columns you select are remembered by the system so next time you come to this screen and apply a filter to search for some stored-out items, your favorite columns will be shown.
When the Result filter is set to Items, the Result (3) section will show you a row for each item with aggregated information about its stored out items. The system will show you these columns:

With this view there are no additional columns that can be shown/hidden with check boxes.
