On the Offsets screen you can get information about your offset documents and filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within
the Header
(1) you can find a
button that allows you to create a new offset document
there
is also a blue
magnifier button that’s used to show
and hide the Filter section

The buttons within the Filter (2) section allow you to filter based on something specific like a Date range, Company, Client or Status. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below:
| Option | Meaning |
| Date range (From, To) | Allows you to filter your results based on the date of the financial document |
| Company | The company for which the offset document is created |
| Client | Allows you to choose the client for which the offset document is created |
| Status | Allows you to check the status of the orders you want to see – if they are Regular, Cancelled. |
After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button – , to apply your filters and get your results. Based on your Filter (2) section, the Result (3) section will be visualized differently.

| Account | Shows the client selected for the document |
| Company | Shows the company selected for the document |
| Description | Shows description for the document (if any) |
| Comment | Shows additional comments (if any) |
| Currency | Shows the selected currency for each document |
| Amount | Shows the total amount for each document |

 | Account File | Shows you more information for the previous column, in this case the account file with aggregated information for this account |
 | Filter on account or Filter on Company | Filters by account or company and will only show you the offset documents for this particular account or company |

 | More info | Opens more info for the deposit offset document record |
