The Retail Sales Statement record shows you the information about a Retail Sales Statement that’s been issued. The screen is divided into several sections: Metadata (1), Lines (2), Currency and Amount (3), Description and Comment (4) and Action Buttons (5).
First there is a Metadata (1) section that shows the terms and conditions, document status and when it was created.
Then you have the
Lines
(2)
of
the Retail
Sales Statement. There you can see information about the documents in
this statement. The information will be divided into columns which
are described in the table below:
Column | Meaning |
Document Number | Shows the number of the document |
Allocation | What the document is for |
Name | Name of the item |
Description | Description of the item |
UM | The unit of measurement selected for the item |
Qty | Shows the quantity of the item |
Price | Shows the individual price for one item |
Amount | Shows the amount without taxes (price by quantity) |
Amount inc-tax | Shows the amount including taxes |
There
is an additional button for Linked Transactions at the end of every
line

There
are also buttons at the top right corner of that table that allow you
to enlarge the table or to export it to XLS file

Next
section shows the Currency
and Amount
(3) of the document.
Within the Description and Comment (4) section you can see the additional info for the document (if set).
At
the
bottom of the screen there
are some Action
buttons

Printing | You will have access to the printing form of this particular Retail Sales Statement |
Cancelation | Will cancel the Retail Sales Statement Record |
Delete | Will delete the Retail Sales Statement Record |
Close | Will close the Retail Sales Statement Record |
