On this page you can Add New Nomenclature.
When you create the New Nomenclature, it gets added to the list.
You also have some buttons:

When
you click on the green button for adding elements to the
nomenclature, you will see a list with the existing elements for this
nomenclature. You can add new elements with the Add
Element (+) button, edit the ID
or Value, by
double clicking on the line of the field.
Eventually you can either Confirm or Close the page to finish.
