Sales Dashboard

On the Sales Dashboard screen you can get summarized information about your Sales. The screen is divided into six main sections: Header (1), Pending Sales Orders (2) Receivables (3), Sales (4), Events Log (5), Tasks (6).

Within the Header (1) section you can which tabs should be shown in the rest of the page, you will see the following check boxes: Pending Sales Orders, Receivables, Events log, Sales, Tasks. You can also set for how many days back you want to see your sales information, choices would be 10, 30, 60, 90 days.


Within the Pending Sales Orders (2) section you can find information about the pending sales orders that are not completed yet. They are described with the following columns:

Column Meaning
Document Number Number of the sales order
Date The date the sales order was made
Client Shows the information about the client
Currency The currency of the order
Amount The total amount in the order in the respective currency



You also have a choice for what to be shown in the results below. Choices will be Sales, Lines or Items

Plus a few extra buttons:

Button Mouse over text Meaning
Lines Shows the information about the ID, Name, Quantity, Completed of a particular line
More info Shows you more information for the account file for this particular order
More info Opens more info – the sales order record

If you want to see more information about your sales, there are check boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:

Column Meaning
Type Shows the type of the document
For Invoicing Shows the invoiced and the not invoiced amounts
Due Shows the amount that’s left to be paid
Pending Store-out Shows the quantity, pending store outs and Completed orders
Total in the selected currency Shows the total in the selected currency

The columns you select are remembered by the system so next time you come to this screen and apply a filter to search for some orders, your favorite columns will be shown.

Within the Receivables (3) section you can find information about the Orders that are not paid yet, the information is shown with the following columns:

Column Meaning
Type Shows the type of the financial document for this order
Number Shows the number of the order
Date Shows the date the order was created
Date of Payment Shows the date the order has to be paid
Client Shows information about the client
Currency Shows the selected currency for every order
Amount Shows the total amount
Due Shows the amount that’s left to be paid

If you want to see more information about your receivable sales orders, there are check boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:

Column Meaning
Payment Method Shows the payment method Bank, Cash, Cash on Delivery, POS
Linked Transactions Shows the linked transactions (if any)
Description Shows the description of the item (if any)
Comment Shows additional comments (if any)


The columns you select are remembered by the system so next time you come to this screen and apply a filter to search for some orders, your favorite columns will be shown.

Within the Sales (4) section you can find graphics about your sales, they are measured by date and amount, and they show what the amount of the sales is at the respective date.
On the top of the section you will have a metadata table with information about the Sales, Invoiced, Paid, Profit and Profit %

Within the next Events Log (5) section you can find information about the Events Log of every sales order. They will be shown in different columns Date, Event, Document, Currency, Amount, To, From, Issuer, that are described in the table below.

Column Meaning
Date Date the document was issued
Event Shows the event of the document – New Invoice, Cancelation Cash Bill, New Cash Bill, Delete Cash Bill
Document Shows the number of the order
Currency The currency of the order
Amount The total amount in the order in the respective currency
To Shows for whom the order was issued
From Shows the office from where the order was issued
Issuer Shows who issued the order


Within the Tasks (6) section you can find information about the tasks of the person who logged into the system, like Task Name, Description, Account, Last Comment, Assigned By, Assignment Date, Due Date.
