On this page you can use allocations to arrange your revenues and expenses on different grounds. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Revenues allocations (2) and Expenses (3).
Withinthe Header (1) section you can find two green buttons – Revenue and Expense. They are used to add/edit new revenues or expenses. There are two blue buttons to Import and Export the table.
Within the Revenues allocations (2) sectionyou can find information about your revenue allocation trees (allocations + their successors).
Within the Revenue Allocations (2) section you can see information about your Revenue allocations which is shown in columns that are described in the table below:
Column | Meaning |
Name | The name of the revenue allocation |
Allocation | The amount of the revenue. |
Suballocation | The amount of the revenue suballocation. |

Add | Allows you to enter add allocation menu |
Edit | Allows you to enter edit allocation menu |
Delete | Allows you to delete the current allocation or replace it with another one |

the Expenses allocations (3) sectionyou can find information about your expense
allocation trees (allocations + their successors).
Within the Expenses Allocations (3) section you can see information about your Expenses Allocations which is shown in columns that are described in the table below:

you have a search box with three buttons . Use them to find allocations by name, clear the search text, open all
allocations and suballocations and close them. With you can download the allocations as an XLS
file.
