On this page you can see the information about the item.

Summary tab


You can see the information shown as metadata on top of the screen – ID, Product, Brand, Group, Description.

Within the Summary tab you can see information in different tabs, shown in columns that are described in the table below:

Within the Availability tab you can see these columns:

Column Meaning
Warehouse Shows the warehouse in which the item is available
Location Shows the location of the item
Batch Shows the batch of the item (if any)
UM Shows the unit of measurement selected for the item
Quantity Shows the available quantity


Within the Contracts tab you can see these columns:

Column Meaning
Account Shows the account for the contract
Contract Shows the contract
Batch Shows the batch of the item (if any)
UM Shows the unit of measurement selected for the item
Quantity Shows the quantity in the contract


Within the Store Operations tab you can see these columns:

Column Meaning
Type Shows the type of the operation – Store-in, Store-out, Scrap Order
Document# Shows the document number
Date Shows the date on which the operation was issued
From Shows which warehouse the operation was made from
To Shows which warehouse the operation was made for
Previous Transactions Shows the previous transactions (if any)
UM Shows the unit of measurement selected for the item
Quantity Shows the quantity of items for the operation


Above the columns you have a filter which allows you to search by Date Range, Incoming or Outgoing operations and filter the results by Warehouse.
You also have an additional button for the operation record.

Within the Movements tab you can see these columns:

Column Meaning
Type Shows the type of the movement – Stock Transfer
Document # Shows the document number
Date Shows the date on which the movement was issued
From Shows where the movement was made from
To Shows which warehouse the movement was made for
Previous Transactions Shows the previous transactions (if any)
UM Shows the unit of measurement selected for the item
Quantity Shows the quantity of items for the movement


Above the columns you have a filter which allows you to search by Date Range, Incoming or Outgoing operations and filter the results by Warehouse.

You also have an additional button for the movement record.

Within the Requests tab you can see these columns:

Column Meaning
Type Shows the type of the request – Stock Requests
Document# Shows the document number
Date Shows the date on which the request was issued
From Shows where the request was made from
To Shows which warehouse the request was made for
Previous Transactions Shows the previous transactions (if any)
UM Shows the unit of measurement selected for the item
Quantity Shows the quantity of requested items


Above the columns you have a filter which allows you to search by Date Range, Incoming or Outgoing operations and filter the results by Warehouse.
You also have an additional button for the item request record.

Within the Sales tab you can see these columns:

Column Meaning
Type Shows the type of the document – Sales Order
Number Shows the document number
Date Shows the date on which the sales order was issued
Client Shows the client
Office Shows which office the sales order was issued from
Trader Shows the Trader
Currency Shows the currency selected for the sales order
UM Shows the unit of measurement selected for the items
Quantity Shows the quantity of the items in the sales order
Unit Price Shows the price per unit
Price Shows the total price without VAT
VAT Shows the VAT based on the price
Amount Shows the total amount with VAT
Invoiced Shows the invoiced amount
Paid Shows the paid amount
Completed Shows the completed sales orders


Above the columns you have a filter which allows you to search by Date Range, Office, Trader, Status (Completed, Running, Canceled), Currency.

You also have some additional buttons:

Within the Purchases tab you can see these columns:

Column Meaning
Type Shows the type of the document – Purchase
Number Shows the document number
Date Shows the date on which the purchase order was issued
Client Shows the client
Office Shows which office the purchase order was issued from
Trader Shows the Trader
Currency Shows the currency selected for the purchase order
UM Shows the unit of measurement selected for the items
Quantity Shows the quantity of the items in the purchase order
Unit Price Shows the price per unit
Price Shows the total price without VAT
VAT Shows the VAT based on the price
Amount Shows the total amount with VAT
Invoiced Shows the invoiced amount
Paid Shows the paid amount
Completed Shows the completed purchase orders


Above the columns you have a filter, which allows you to search by Date Range, Office, Trader, Status (Completed, Running, Canceled), Currency.

You also have some additional buttons:

Item description tab


You can see some metadata information on the top of the screen – ID, Product, Brand, Group, Description.

Within the Item Description tab you can see information in a tab with measures and values.
The information is shown in columns – UM, Digits, Formula, Weight, Height, Weight, Depth. They are described in the table below.

Column Meaning
UM Shows the selected unit of measurement
Digits Shows the digits
Formula Shows the formula (if any)
Weight Shows the weight in kg.
Height Shows the height in meters
Weight Shows the volumetric weight
Depth Shows the depth in meters

Below that you can see an informational metadata tab with Units.

You can choose an image of an item and attach files to the description. You can see information about the images and files in the tab above the three subtabs (Params – list with additional characteristics for the item, Analogues and Related Items).
