Permissions

On this page you can Add or Edit new permissions. The page is divided in two main sections: List (1) and History (2).

Within the List (1) section you can see the roles and their permissions:

○ To View
○ To Create
○ To Edit
○ To Archive
○ To Download in XLS
○ To Access the Account Settings

Above the Roles list, you can see a search bar, which allows you to manually search for different roles. At the right side of the search bar you will find four buttons that allow you to Clear the search bar, Open all documents, Close all documents or Export to XLS. Under the icons for permissions, there are checkboxes that allow you to give permission to each role to get a certain permission with no exceptions. If you click on one of the checkboxes under the search bar, you can choose each role to get a certain permission, and you can also turn on and off certain roles.

After you adjust all the needed settings you can either Confirm or Close the page to finish.
