Record account


On this page you can add or edit a record account. The screen is divided in three main sections Header (1), Tabs (2), Results (3).



Within the Header (1) section you can Add (+) New Record Account from the green button.
With it you can add a new record account and you can decide if you want to make it a successor of one of the tabs that are already created below.

Depending on which one of the Tabs (2) you are going to click, you will see a different Results (3) section. Respectively the selections will be Tabs and Elements. Under the tabs you can see a search bar, which allows you to manually search for a record account. On the right side of the search bar you can see four buttons, respectively for clearing the search bar, for opening all of the tabs, for closing all of the tabs and exporting the tabs in XLS document.

If Tabs is selected, you will see all the information divided in different columns described in the table below:

Column Meaning
ID Shows the ID of the Record Account
Name Shows the name of the tab in the Record Account
Sort Order Shows the sorted orders
File Shows the file (interface) attached to the Record Account
Related Types Shows if there are any related types of documents attached to the Record Account
Settings of the system Shows the settings of the system – Antipodes.Cubes, SalesRay.Start, SalesRay.Plus, SalesRay.Pro


Plus a few additional buttons:

If Elements is selected, you will see all the information divided in different columns described in the table below:

Column Meaning
ID Shows the ID of the Record Account
Name Shows the name of the tab in the Record Account

Allows you to edit the permissions for each tab
