Sales Results Dashboard

On the Sales Results Dashboard screen you can get information about your Sales Orders and Clients. The screen is divided into four main sections: Header (1), Filter (2), Sales Results (3) and Clients Results (4).

Within the Filter (2) section you can filter the Result sections based on the Date Range of the sales documents.

After choosing the Date Range you want, you can use the grey magnifier button, to apply your filters and get your results.

Within the Sales Results (3) section you can find information about the sales orders that you or someone else made for your clients. They are described in the following columns:

Column Meaning
Type Type of the document
Number Number of the order or reversal
Date Document date
Client Shows the information about the client
Currency The currency of the order
Amount The total amount in the order in the respective currency


Plus a few extra buttons:

Button Mouse over text Meaning
Lines Shows the information about the ID, Name, Quantity, Completed of a particular line
More info Shows you more information for the account file for this particular client
Create Financial Document Allows you to pick and create a financial document for a particular line

If you want to see more information about your sales, there are check boxes that allow you to add more columns to the list of results:

Column Meaning
Company The company which is registered in the system, there could be a few companies when there is a holding in place
Office The office where the sale was issued
POS Shows the POS from which the sale was paid
Trader Shows information about the trader of the item
Finance Shows information about the Tax Template, Type of Invoice and Payment Method
Delivery Shows information about where the delivery should be made – Phone, email, Delivery method, Delivery address
Description Shows the description of the sale order (if any)
Comment Shows the comment of the sale order (if any)
Linked Transactions Shows the linked transactions for every particular document
Price Shows the price without taxes and the VAT based on the price
Invoiced Shows what amount has been invoiced
Paid Shows the amount that has been paid
Completed Shows if the sale order is completed, if so the test in the line will be in green color
Total in the selected currency Shows the total amount of all sale orders in the selected currency

The columns you select are remembered by the system so next time you come to this screen and apply a filter to search for some orders, your favorite columns will be shown.

Within the Clients Results (4) section you can find information about the client Account, Sales, Sales inc-tax, Invoiced, Invoiced inc-tax, Paid that are described in the following table:

Column Meaning
Account The account of the client
Sales Shows the sales made for this client without taxes
Sales inc-tax Shows the sales made for this client including taxes
Invoiced Shows the Invoiced amount without taxes
Invoiced inc-tax Shows the Invoiced amount including taxes
Paid Shows the amount that has been paid


Plus a few extra buttons:

Button Mouse over text Meaning
My Client Shows which of the clients are yours and are on your portfolio. If there is no star shown on the left side of the line, that means that the client is not on your portfolio, but you sold something to this client
New Client Shows that this is a new client
