On the Purchases (lines) for invoicing screen you can get information about your purchases that are not yet invoiced. You can also filter the results based on different criteria. The screen is divided into three main sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) you can find a drop down menu that allows you to Create financial document. There are radio buttons before that. They allow you to select the type of the financial document – Expense Invoice, Expense Receipt or Expense Pro forma Invoice.
There’s also a blue magnifier button that’s used to show and hide the Filter section.
Within the Filter (2) section there are buttons that allow you to filter based on something specific like a Date range, Company, Supplier and Currency for invoicing. Most of them are drop down menus where you can select your filters. The different options are described in the table below:

Company | Allows you to choose the company that made the purchase |
Supplier | Allows you to choose the supplier for the purchase |
Currency for invoicing | Allows you to select the currency of the invoice you are creating |
After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button – , to apply your filters and get your results.
Within the Result (3) section you will see the purchases that happened based on your filter criteria, one line of a purchase on each row. The system will show you the information in a table with the following columns:

plus the additional buttons for more information about the previous column ( ) and more info for the purchase ( ), which opens the purchase record.
