On the Contracts screen you can find summarized information for your contracts. The screen is divided into several sections: Header (1), Filter (2) and Result (3).
Within the Header (1) section you can see what this document is about.
In the Filter (2) section you can filter the contracts based on specific criteria. The available options are summarized in the following table:
Option | Meaning |
Signing Date range (From, To) | Allows you to filter your results based on the time the contract was signed |
End Date range (From,To) | Allows you to filter your results based on the time the contract ends |
Contract type | Allows you to filter based on contract type – like a lease or for selling |
Status | Allows you to filter based on contract status – active or inactive |
Account | Allows you to filter based on an account |
Employee | Allows you to filter based on an employee |
After choosing the filters you want, you can use the grey magnifier button – , to apply your filters and get your results.
The Results (3) section shows you the contracts based on the Filter criteria. The system will show the following columns:

Type | Contract type – like for a lease or for selling |
Account | The counterparty’s account in the system |
Their signatory | The person who signed from your counterparty’s behalf |
Company | The company that signed the contract |
Our signatory | The person who signed from your company’s behalf |
Signing date | The date the contract was signed |
Start date | Start date of the contract |
End date | End date of the contract |
Address | Address as per contract |
Office | Office as per contract |
Active | Shows the status of the contract – active or inactive. Inactive contracts are colored in grey |
Description | System description of the contract (if set) |
Sales BGN | Total amount of all sales made under the contract |
Invoiced BGN | Total amount of all invoiced sales under the contract |
Paid BGN | Total amount paid under the contract |
plus the button for additional info on the line – , that shows more information on the contract – its record; and the button for additional info on the previous column – , in this case the account record.
