CRM

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Customer Relationship Management, is a module concentrated on building good and long-term relationships with potential and current customers. In Prim.IO, we add the word “counterparties” to the word “customers” in the definition. Why are we making this addition?

It is a fact, proven over our years of working with various companies, that any “live” business does not work only with customers, although they are its fuel. The business also uses suppliers of goods and/or services, contacts government organizations, banks, and other proprietary companies( in the case of holding companies). Thus, in order to fully satisfy the needs of different companies, the CRM module of the Prim.IO ERP system integrates and manages data about all people, companies and/or organizations with which they have relationships.

Regarding customers, the CRM system manages personal data, contacts, addresses, events (phone calls, meetings, emails). In the customer file you will find all offers, sales, financial documents, payments, warehouse operations.

Here are all the processes that are related to the customer, starting long before the sale and continuing after it.

When we talk about the other types of counterparties, CRM software does the same but tailored to your relationship. For example- in the case of a supplier, it again includes all contact details, events, etc., but also adds information on requisitions, orders, cost financial documents, payments and warehouse operations. For government organizations, customs declarations are also entered into the CRM, allowing for a full reflection of the real life of the organization.
