The nomenclature of goods and services your company markets is one of the most important things to set up in the system. To be able to work efficiently, you need to be able to navigate quickly and easily through all the positions and be able to filter the information.
To achieve this, we have introduced a tree structure of groups in which to enter individual items, services and materials.
On this page you can add and configure new items, compound items, BOM. The screen is divided into four parts: Header (1), Tabs (2), Filter (3) and List (4).
In the Heather you see:
- If you are in the Items and Materials tab – the Item and BOM buttons. With them you add a new Item or BOM.
- If you are in the Services tab – Service button. Adding a new service
- If you are in the Other tab – Operation and System item. You use them to add a new operation or system item.
On the right side of the Header you see four blue buttons that you can:
- Show archived – view archived items and materials;
- Take off the letterhead – take off the letterhead;
- Import from xls – to import from xls;
- Indexing – to index.
Articles and materials
By default, the system displays only the most used columns in the List.

The system can give you additional information about items and materials. (Supplier Code, Description, Group, Type, Control Type, Expiry Date, Units, Status). The corresponding column appears in the list once you select the desired characteristic. You can perform the following actions on the list:
- Recipe – edit the production recipe and add items;
- Analogues – create analogues and related items;
- Edit – edit the item;
- Change status – can be active/archived.
