Successor to – where in the category tree structure the newly created one will be located;
Code – category code;
Name – name of the group;
Revenue Line Item and Expense Line Item – This ensures that potential revenue or expenses from the current group of items or services are automatically allocated in the future depending on what group you are creating. It doesn’t always make sense for both to be completed, but we encourage you to do so. Put a feather other if at this stage you have no clarity on exactly what to enter.
Features
Characteristics to item – select the characteristics that can be entered for the item;
Characteristics to batch – select the characteristics to the batch that can be entered for the item.
Value of characteristic For group
You specify what default feature values the items in them should have.
Characteristics for variation
You can see which features will be able to be created. (not individual items, but variations of an item – for example, the size of the
clothing, ice cream flavor, etc.)
History
History of changes that have been made to the group.
