The interface consists of a Header (1) and a List (2) and it specifies which role is allowed to violate the entered sales limits:
Header (1)
In the Header you see the name of the interface.
List (2)
In the List you see only one line with your company name and opposite it- button. From it you select the role that will be able to break the sales limits you have entered.
