The sales process starts long before a customer deal is made and continues long after. For this reason and for the user’s convenience, the Sales module gathers all possible actions in one place, which includes:
- creating a sale of goods, BOMs or services
- creating different types of sales – wholesale or retail
- sales processing from markets or web shops
- sales under contracts with customers
- sales warehouse service (dispatch, picking)
- blocking of sales quantities
- warehouse service for online sales with freight forwarder ( packing, bills of lading)
- invoicing, issuing financial documents (cash voucher, receipt, proforma, invoice)
- recording of sales payments( more precisely on the related financial documents)
- current sales status (invoiced, paid, written, claimed)
- reversal of sales and related warehouse and/or financial documents and/or payments
- return of money to customer
- reflecting the return and/or exchange of goods
- offers and their conversion into sales
- allocation of sales costs
- multiple sales reports by different sections
