File of financial document

This interface shows you more information about the financial document that has been issued. The screen is divided into several parts: Metadata (1), Rows (2), Description and Description for internal use (3), Sum (4) and Related Operations and History (5).

The metadata (1) shows you the conditions, the status of the document, the creation date, who issued the document, whether it is closed, etc.

Additional columns to the table with Rows (2):

Option Description
Discount Displays five columns – Price before discount, Single discount, Amount before discount, Discount by order, Single discount,
Final price Price with taxes
Taxes Shows the tax based on the price

The button at the end of the row allows you to see more information about the row itself and remove related documents if necessary.

In the Description and Description for internal use section (4) you can see the comment for the document (if any)


The Amount section (5) shows you the total amount of the document.

The Related Operations and History (6) tabs show you:

HistoryThe history of the document – whether it has been edited, cancelled, etc.

The buttons at the bottom are for:

Print Print the file
Email You can send an email to the customer.
Payment Shows you a list of the customer’s invoices
Editorial
Edit – edit the file
Cancel – cancel the file
Delete – delete the file (unless there are no pending operations)
Close You close the file
