The interface for entering a line in a Customs Declaration consists of: Line Details (1), Description (2) and Buttons (3) :
Order details (1)
In the Row details (1) you must fill in the following data:
| Field | Description |
| Fee | Enter the value of the Mito fee. |
| Background | Enter the value of the goods on which the fees and taxes have been charged. |
| Tax | Enter the VAT value. |
| Total with taxes | Automatically calculates the data entered in the Fee and Tax fields. Total with taxes = Fee + Tax |
Description (2)
In the Description section (2) you must select:
| Field | Description |
| Tax rate | You choose a tax rate depending on the product or service that is the subject of the transaction. |
| Category | Select the expense category to which the expenses will be allocated. |
| Description | You fill in a description in free text. By default, the name of the selected cost category is loaded. |
Buttons (3)
Click the Confirm button to add the data entered for the line in the Customs declaration.
The Close button does not save the entered data or add a row.
