Through the events in Prim.IO, users can report phone calls, meetings, e-mail communication and any other kind of communication with contractors, thus making it available to their colleagues. Depending on the user’s preference, events can be public, private or shared with other users. You can read more about this on the event creation page.
The CRM interface > Tasks > Events history displays a list of all public, owned and shared events with the user and consists of a Header (1), Filter (2) and List (3):
In the Header (1) is the name of the report and the button to hide/show the filter.
Filter (2) controls the Results (3) and can filter in the following ways:
