This page allows you to set the permissions of different roles. The screen is divided into two parts, List (1) and History (2).
The list (1) consists of the roles and their permissions, which in column order are:
Icon on the right | Description |
| Users in the selected role can see contractors of this type. |
| Users in the selected role can add this type of counterparty. |
| Users in the selected role can edit the information for this type of counterparty. |
| Users in the selected role can archive this type of counterparty. |
| Users in the selected role can download in xls all contractors of this type. |
| Users in the selected role can edit counterparty settings. |
| Users in the selected role can see the full balance on file for that counterparty type. |
Rights management occurs through the placement of ticks. If you place ticks in the All row, then all roles will get rights.
History (2) shows you what changes have been made to the permissions, by which user and at what time.
The changes are saved with the Confirm button.
