FBA- you send goods to an Amazon warehouse, but they take care of fulfilling orders/shipping the goods to the customer. When an item is returned (reversed) to Amazon, the customer sale is automatically reversed in Prim’s system.
FBM- the trader sends his goods to the customer himself. Here we synchronize the status at the completion of the sale (checkout + payment) and at cancellation + we also send the waybill number at status update
Clarification on canceled sales:
If there is a write-off to the sale does a reversal of the sale and a reversal of the write-off
If there is no discharge:
– if there is a bill of lading cancel it
– if there is a payment fin. document and payment cancels them
– cancels the completion
– finally cancelled the sale
