The system allows all contractors to be downloaded into an Excel file. In order to avoid misuse of company data, the export button in the lists is managed according to specifically created permissions by counterparty type.
First, this determines which role can download such a file at all, and second, a role can only be allowed to download a certain type of Contractor to an Excel. For example – a Merchants role may export a Customer type with a Retail Customer subtype, but may not have rights to download a Customer type, Wholesale Customer subtype.
The actual export of the list of counterparties happens by clicking the Export button in the lists in the CRM > Customers/ Suppliers/ Banks/ Holdings menu. It loads an interface where you have to select which parameters to export to the Excel file.
Important! Your version of MS Excel must be 2013 or newer!
The interface consists of Parameters (1) and Buttons (2):
Under Parameters (1), use a checker to manage the required ones, and they will be downloaded as additional columns in the Excel file.
The (2) Confirm buttons will start the file download and the Cancel button will close the interface.
