This page allows you to make settings on the contractor’s file. The screen is divided into three parts: Header (1), Tabs (2) and List (3).<\/p>\n\n

In the upper right corner of the Header you see the Add<\/span> button. This adds a new tab.<\/p>\n\n

After the tab names, you see four buttons that are used for:<\/p>\n\n

  • Add – add a new tab (successor);<\/li>
  • Rights – you set the rights;<\/li>
  • Edit – edit the file;<\/li>
  • Delete – delete on tab.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n

    The information in the file is on two levels. On the first level are:<\/p>\n\n

    • Customer (customer information);<\/li>
    • Supplier (supplier information);<\/li>
    • Contacts (contact information of the counterparty’s persons);<\/li>
    • Company (information about your Legal Entities).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n

      At the second level are the individual components within each category of information. Some of the categories of information are meaningful for only one type of contractor, others are more universal and can be attached to the files of several types of contractors.<\/p>\n\n

      • Summary – summary of sales and financials for the last 12 months;<\/li>
      • Offers – list of offers to the specific contractor;<\/li>
      • Sales – list of sales to the customer;<\/li>
      • Expeditions – list of expeditions to the customer;<\/li>
      • Pricing policies – the pricing policies applicable to the counterparty;<\/li>
      • Price list – the customer’s specific price list;<\/li>
      • Financial documents – list of financial documents issued to the counterparty;<\/li>
      • Payments – a list of payments from\/to the counterparty;<\/li>
      • Supplier items – a list of items that a supplier has provided to you;<\/li>
      • Supply discounts – pricing terms for the supply of goods or services from a supplier;<\/li>
      • Contact persons – contact information of individuals;<\/li>
      • Addresses – address of contractors;<\/li>
      • Bank accounts – list of counterparties’ bank accounts;<\/li>
      • Events – the place where correspondence and communication with the specific counterparty is noted;<\/li>
      • Files and documents – a place where you can attach arbitrary files.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n
