In the Header you see the <span class=\"btn icon-plus-circled\">Order<\/span> button. To create an order, you must have selected a supplier in the filter.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The filter allows you to search:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>From date\/to date &#8211; period for orders and expenditure on stock(s);<\/li><li>Company &#8211; by company, mandatory choice;<\/li><li>Warehouse &#8211; by warehouse;<\/li><li>Supplier &#8211; select a supplier to create an order<ul><li>Vendor Items &#8211; filters only the items for which the vendor selected in the filter is shown to be the vendor of the item;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Groups &#8211; by item group;<\/li><li>Brand &#8211; by brand of the item;<\/li><li>Search &#8211; combined text field for searching an item by code, name, description, brand and item group;<\/li><li>With required quantity only &#8211; the result shows only the items for which the required quantity is greater than 0.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>The result is a list that consists of all items that match the conditions of the query and the filter used with the following information:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Column<\/td><td>Description<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Code<\/td><td>Item code<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Name<\/td><td>Item name<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Brand<\/td><td>Brand of the item<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Measure<\/td><td>Measure of the item<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Ordered in the period<\/td><td>The quantity ordered in the period you set<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Expenditure in the period  <\/td><td>Quantities of expenditure in the period<br\/>*If you have selected a warehouse, this field will also show warehouse locations<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Quantity<\/td><td>Sum of the quantities available in all warehouses  <br\/>* quantity for selected warehouse<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Quantity in stock for refuelling*<\/td><td>*This column reappears only when you have selected stock in the filter<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Minimum quantity<\/td><td>Sum of minimum quantities for all warehouses  <br\/>  * minimum for the selected warehouse  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pilot quantity<\/td><td>Sum of optimum quantities for all warehouses  <br\/>  * optimal for the selected warehouse  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Coming out<\/td><td>  Amount of unconfirmed quantities on Orders and Work Orders\/Products  <br\/>  * the sum of the unconfirmed Delivery quantities (excluding rentals) for the selected warehouse<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Entering<\/td><td>  Sum of unconfirmed quantities on Sales and Work Orders\/Materials<br\/>  * the sum of the unconfirmed quantities by Expeditions (excluding rentals) for the selected warehouse<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Retrieved from<\/td><td>  Sum of unconfirmed quantities for all Requests<br\/>  * the sum of unconfirmed quantities on Orders from the selected warehouse  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Required quantity<\/td><td>  NC = Optimal &#8211; Available &#8211; Requested &#8211; In + Out<br\/>Displays a value only if the quantity available is less than or equal to the minimum quantity or the quantity required is more than 0  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>To order<\/td><td>Quantity you enter manually and will be ordered<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p>You can perform the following actions on the search result list:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Edit order quantities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>In a multi-company system, the &#8220;Exclude intercompany sales&#8221; check box appears in the report.
