The interface gives information about the items rented. Initially, without a filter selected (date only), all items that have been rented are displayed, and with Customer and Contract selected, you can track availability in the counterparties. <\/p>\n\n

The interface consists of Header (1), Filter (2)<\/strong> and Result (3):<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

Header (1)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

In the Header<\/strong> (1) you see the name of the interface and several buttons that allow you to perform the following operations:<\/p>\n\n

Button<\/td>Description\/Action<\/td><\/tr>
Revision<\/td> Inventory operation<\/a> starts.<\/td><\/tr>
Return\/rent<\/td>Launches Return from Rent<\/a> or Rent to Own<\/a> operations.<\/td><\/tr>
Customers with availability<\/td>Shows you the Rent by Customer<\/a> interface. It lists all customers to whom a rental has been made under contract, allows you to select a specific customer and view their availability. <\/td><\/tr>
Export to xls<\/td>Export of stock-rentals in xls has been launched.<\/td><\/tr>
Filter show\/hide button<\/td>Hides or shows the Filter (2).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

Filter (2)<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n

The fields in the Filter<\/strong> (2) control the information in the Result (3)<\/strong> and you can search by the following fields: <\/p>\n\n

Filter<\/td> Description <\/td><\/tr>
For date<\/td>Filter the availability by rentals according to a specific date. If you rented today and listed 5 items of item A and you specify yesterday’s date in the date field, the item will not appear in the List. <\/td><\/tr>
Client<\/td>Choose which customer you want to see the rental availability for.<\/td><\/tr>
Contract<\/td>Once you’ve selected a customer, you can also filter by their rental contract to the inventory on a specific contract. If you are looking for a Client’s contract and it does not appear in the drop down menu, please check that it is marked as a rental contract from their file.<\/a> Only client contracts marked as “For Rent” appear here. <\/td><\/tr>
Price list <\/td>Choose which price list you want to be added to the Result (3) by two columns – Priceand Total Value. The Price column shows what the price of the given item is, set in the selected Price list, and the Total value is the availability multiplied by the Price. <\/td><\/tr>
Search Item<\/td>In the free Search box you can search by word, code, brand, etc. to find the item you want to see available. <\/td><\/tr>
Advanced filter<\/td>The advanced filter adds search fields by Category, Brand, Features and Supplier, which can help you find items faster. <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

The search is launched with the Magnifying Glass on the left, and the Hicks clears all filters.<\/p>\n\n

Result (3)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The result <\/strong>(3) is governed by the criteria selected in Filter (2). The stock information by rent is shown in a table with the following columns: <\/p>\n\n

Quantity<\/td>Displays the rental quantity of the item in the customer.<\/td><\/tr>
Price<\/td>Indicates unit cost. A user’s ability to see cost values is governed by cost rights.<\/a><\/td><\/tr>
Sum<\/td>Amount = Total cost = Quantity multiplied by unit cost. A user’s ability to see cost values is governed by cost rights.<\/a> <\/td><\/tr>
<\/a><\/td>Opens an interface with a detailed history of operations.<\/a><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

In addition to the columns containing basic information about the items ,<\/strong> you can include and exclude the following additional columns with detailed data: <\/p>\n\n

Column <\/td>Description<\/td><\/tr>
Additional measure<\/td>Shows the additional measure of the items. Adds columns Additional brand and Quantity of it.<\/td><\/tr>
Cost<\/td>Displays the cost of the item. Adds Unit Cost columnsand Total Cost = Quantity multiplied by unit cost. A user’s ability to see cost values is governed by cost rights.<\/a><\/td><\/tr>
Description<\/td>Adds a column with the item description. <\/td><\/tr>
