Interface for management of completions. Here you get information about your kits and can filter the result by different criteria. The screen is divided into three main parts: Header<\/strong> (1), Filter<\/strong> (2) and Score<\/strong> (3). <\/p>\n\n

\"This<\/figure>\n\n

In the Header <\/strong>(1) you see a blue button with a magnifying glass that allows you to hide and show the Filter.<\/p>\n\n

When the Filter is visible, you will find three buttons on the left – Documents, Lines and Items. They change the Result. <\/p>\n\n

  • If you have selected Documents ,<\/strong> the result is a list of sales and moves for which you can do a complete;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n
    • If you selected Rows<\/strong>, the result is a list of specific items for each sales row. If you have three items within the same sales line, you will see three different lines listed for the same sales line.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n
      • If you selected Items, <\/strong>the result is a list of items that have been sold\/moved. The list also shows the aggregated quantities of the items.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n

        The other fields in the Filter allow you to search based on something specific. Most are selected from drop-down menus. The different options are described in the table below: <\/p>\n\n

        From date\/To date <\/td> Filter based on when the sale took place<\/td><\/tr>
        Company<\/td>Filter based on the company that made the sale<\/td><\/tr>
        Office<\/td>Filter based on the office from which the sale took place<\/td><\/tr>
        Method of delivery<\/td>Filter based on delivery method<\/td><\/tr>
        Client<\/td>Filter based on customer<\/td><\/tr>
        Address<\/td>Filter based on address<\/td><\/tr>
        Blocking in the warehouse<\/td>Filter based on blocked items in stock<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n

        If you selected Documents<\/strong> in the Filter, the result will be a list of sales based on the criteria you specified. The information is summarised in a list with the following columns:<\/p>\n\n

        Type<\/td>Displays document type – Payment\/Sale<\/td><\/tr>
        Number<\/td>Displays document number<\/td><\/tr>
        Date<\/td>Displays the date the document was created<\/td><\/tr>
        Date for dispatch<\/td>Displays date of dispatch (if any)<\/td><\/tr>
        Company<\/td>Indicates the company using the system<\/td><\/tr>
        Office<\/td>Shows the office from which the sale\/move was issued<\/td><\/tr>
        Client<\/td>Shows the customer for whom the sale is<\/td><\/tr>
        Recipient<\/td>Shows the contact person<\/td><\/tr>
        Address for delivery<\/td>Shows delivery address<\/td><\/tr>
        Method of delivery<\/td>Shows delivery method<\/td><\/tr>
        Method of invoicing<\/td>Shows billing method<\/td><\/tr>
        Payment<\/td>Shows payment method<\/td><\/tr>
        Currency <\/td>Shows currency on sale<\/td><\/tr>
        Price<\/td>Shows the price of the items on sale<\/td><\/tr>
        Paid <\/td>Shows the amount paid<\/td><\/tr>
        Financial document<\/td>Shows financial document to sale\/move<\/td><\/tr>
        Blocked<\/td>Displays blocked warehouse items on POS<\/td><\/tr>
        Insufficient quantities<\/td>Displays the quantities needed to complete the sale but not available in the warehouse<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n

        You can perform the following actions on the list:<\/p>\n\n
        Button <\/td> Mouse over text <\/td> Description <\/td><\/tr>
        <\/td> Filter by customer <\/td> Filters by customer and will only give you information about that customer’s deposits <\/td><\/tr>
        <\/td> Filter by delivery method <\/td> Filters by delivery method and will only give you information on sales with that delivery method<\/td><\/tr>
        <\/td> More information <\/td> You open a sale file<\/td><\/tr>
        <\/td>Staffing<\/td>Complete the sale\/move<\/td><\/tr>
        <\/td>Print<\/td>Print the financial document<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n

        You can add the following columns to the list:<\/p>\n\n

        If you selected Rows<\/strong> in the Filter, the result will be a list of the specific items for the sales\/order rows. The information is summarised in a list with the following columns:<\/p>\n\n
