The search is started with the Magnifying Glass, and the Hicks clears all filters. In the table below you will see all the filters and their explanations:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Filter<\/td><td>Description<\/td><td>Further description of the options<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Period<\/td><td>Choose from a drop-down menu for which period to display your statements.  <\/td><td>The possible options are:<br\/>&#8211; Today<br\/>&#8211; Yesterday<br\/>&#8211; The last 7 days<br\/>&#8211; Last 30 days<br\/>&#8211; The last 365 days<br\/>&#8211; Current month<br\/>&#8211; Previous month<br\/>&#8211; Current quarter<br\/>&#8211; Previous quarter<br\/>&#8211; Current year<br\/>&#8211; Previous year<br\/>&#8211; Until today<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>From date &#8211; To date<\/td><td>You select specific dates as the period for which to display your statements.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Account<\/td><td>Filter by the account where the statements are entered.  <\/td><td>Select the bank account where the statement was entered. You are only shown accounts on which you are the MOL.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Status<\/td><td>Filter by Bank Statement Status, which can be Imported and Incomplete.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Imported<\/td><td>The bank statement is confirmed. Imported documents are coloured black.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Unfinished<\/td><td>The bank statement is active, it is still subject to processing. Incomplete documents are coloured red.  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Important:  <\/p><p>In order to be shown an account&#8217;s bank statements, you must be its MOL!  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result (3)<\/h3>\n\n<p>You will see the extracts found according to the criteria set in Filter (2) in Result (3). In the table you will see a list containing the following columns of information:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Column<\/td><td>Description<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Account<\/td><td>In which account the bank statement is entered.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Currency<\/td><td>Currency of the bank statement.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Status<\/td><td>Displays the current status of the statement &#8211; imported\/incomplete.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>From date<\/td><td>What is the smallest date that appears on the lines of the bank statement.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>By date<\/td><td>What is the largest date that appears on the lines of the bank statement.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Date of creation<\/td><td>Displays date and time of import.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Created by<\/td><td>Displays the user who started the import.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Coming<\/td><td>Shows the sum of all revenue lines.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cost<\/td><td>Shows the sum of all lines with costs..<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a class=\"icon-info-circled\"><\/a><\/td><td>Opens the import history of the bank statement.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Colours by status<\/h4>\n\n<p>In addition to the information the system gives you about the statements through the columns in the Table, another way to easily identify their status is included- this is the visual coloring. It varies according to the stage at which the import is:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Colour of the financial document<\/td><td>Description<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Red<\/td><td>The import of the bank statement has not yet been confirmed by the user.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Black<\/td><td>The import of the bank statement has been confirmed.  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>File format according to the bank with which the bank statement is imported into the system:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Bank<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>File type<\/strong><\/td><td>Features<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Allianz  <\/td><td>XLS<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Expressbank<\/td><td>MT940<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>DSK<\/td><td>MT940<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>UBB<\/td><td>XML and TXT<\/td><td>The TXT file must be separated by &#8220;|&#8221; .<br\/>In order to process the file correctly, the &#8220;Detailed Extract&#8221; checkbox must be clicked. If unchecked, the system will read the lines as bank charges.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>ProCredit<\/td><td>XLS<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Raiffeisenbank<\/td><td>MT940<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Unicredit Bulbank  <\/td><td>XML<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>FIBank<\/td><td>MT940<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>PostBank<\/td><td>XML<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Important !<\/p><p>When withdrawing from the bank and you have more than one account, always choose a specific account!  <\/p><p>Once a bank statement import is confirmed, it cannot be deleted completely!<\/p><p>If you have an error in any of the lines, the only thing you can do is delete, cancel or edit only the Bank Debit\/Bank Credit, i.e. only a line of it!<\/p><p>The procedure is as follows:<\/p><p>1. Log in to your bank account.<\/p><p>2. Find the Bank Debit\/Credit you want to edit.<\/p><p>3. Open the Bank Debit\/Credit file and make changes by editing\/deleting\/cancelling.<\/p><p>4.
