Interface for managing discharges. Here you get information about the discharges made from the warehouses and you can filter the result by different criteria. The screen is divided into three main parts: Header<\/strong> (1), Filter<\/strong> (2) and Score<\/strong> (3). <\/p> \n \n

Header (1)<\/h3> \n \n

In the Header (1) you see a button with a drop-down menu that allows you to create a Discharge<\/a>, Discharge Cancel and Scrap<\/a>. <\/p> \n \n

You also see a blue magnifying glass button that hides and shows the Filter (2). There is a third button in the Header- Export warehouse transactions<\/a>, which is only active if you have specified in Filter (2) that your result will be by Document Lines.<\/p> \n \n

Filter (2)<\/h3> \n \n

In order to process warehouse operations faster, monitor their status and development, the system provides you with different ways to filter the information. The search in Filter (2) is started with the Magnifying Glass, and the Hix clears all filters. In the table below you will see all the filters and their explanations:<\/p> \n \n

Result<\/td>– Documents view (3.1)<\/strong>– Document Lines view (3.2)<\/strong>– View Items (3.3)<\/strong><\/td>– If you selected Documents,<\/strong> the result is a list of picks;– If you have selected Document<\/strong> Lines<\/strong>, the result is a list of specific items for each line of the picks. If three items are listed within the same row of a document, you will see three different rows listed for the same row of the listing.– If you selected Items, <\/strong>the result is a list of the items that have been listed. The list also shows the aggregated quantities of the items.<\/td><\/tr>
Period<\/td>Choose from a drop-down menu for which period you want to see the warehouse operations. Works by date of warehouse operation.<\/td>The possible options are:– Today– Yesterday– The last 7 days– Last 30 days– The last 365 days– Current month– Previous month– Current quarter– Previous quarter– Current year– Previous year– To date- shows all transactions to date, from the first one entered into the system, regardless of date.<\/td><\/tr>
Fromdate – ByDate<\/td>You select specific dates as the period for which to display your transactions. Works by date of warehouse operation.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Type<\/td>Filter by operation type.<\/td>The possible options are:– Discharge, includes and Discharge Storing– Scrapping<\/td><\/tr>
Status<\/td>Filter by operation status. <\/td>The possible options are: – Regular– Cancelled<\/td><\/tr>
Of type<\/td>Filter by “by type” of document object. <\/td>Indicates where the pick was made. The possible options are:– Warehouse– Contract. <\/td><\/tr>
To type<\/td>Filter by the “by type” of the document object.<\/td>Indicates how far the discharge has been made. The possible options are: – Without– Client– Treaty– Course– Relocation– Work order– Scrapping.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure> \n \n

Result (3)<\/h3> \n \n

The documents\/rows\/articles found according to the criteria set by the Filter can be viewed in Result (3). The table changes the information according to the Result type, so they will be described separately.<\/p> \n \n

In addition to the columns containing basic information about the operations, you can include and exclude additional columns of detailed data by means of check boxes. All main and additional columns are described according to Result type.<\/p><\/blockquote> \n \n

Result by Documents (3.1)<\/h4> \n \n

The table will show you a list of picks that contains the following columns and action buttons:<\/p> \n \n

Type<\/td>Displays the document type- discharge, scrap, reverse discharge. <\/td><\/tr>
Document number<\/td>Displays document number. <\/td><\/tr>
Date<\/td>Displays the date of the document. <\/td><\/tr>
<\/a><\/td>Displays information about the document lines with:– Code– Name– Quantity<\/td><\/tr>
From<\/td>Displays a selected From object on the document – from where the pick was made. Usually it is a warehouse. <\/td><\/tr>
<\/a><\/td>Filter by selected object From document.<\/td><\/tr>
Go to<\/td>Displays the selected object Document next-to where the pick was made. Usually it is a contractor. <\/td><\/tr>
<\/a><\/td>Filter by selected object Until.<\/td><\/tr>
Quantity<\/td>Quantity of items in the document. <\/td><\/tr>
Cost<\/td>Cost of the items in the document ( if you have rights to see cost). <\/td><\/tr>

Result by Lines of documents (3.2)<\/h4> \n \n

A list of document rows will appear in your table. If a document has 3 rows with 3 different items, here they will be on three different rows. In the Header (1), you will also see an Export Stock<\/a> button.<\/strong><\/p> \n \n

The row-by-row table contains the following columns and action buttons:<\/p> \n \n

In the table you will see results by item. If you have 5 documents containing the same item, they will be merged here into 1 line. The list shows the summary quantities of the item discharges.<\/p> \n \n
