Here you get information about active, completed and cancelled expeditions and you can filter the result by different criteria. The screen is divided into three main parts: <strong>Header<\/strong> (1), <strong>Filter<\/strong> (2) and <strong>Score<\/strong> (3).  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/&#x441;&#x43F;&#x438;&#x441;&#x44A;&#x43A;-&#x435;&#x43A;&#x441;&#x43F;&#x435;&#x434;&#x438;&#x446;&#x438;&#x438;.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16836\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Header (1)<\/h3>\n\n<p>In the Header (1) you see a button with a drop-down menu that allows you to create:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Expedition\/ Marriage expedition\/ Domestic expedition<\/li><li>Rental<\/li><li>Consignment<\/li><li>Loading<\/li><li>Storing the Expedition<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>You also see a blue magnifying glass button that hides and shows the Filter (2). There is a third button in the Header- <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=9637\">Export warehouse transactions<\/a>, which is only active if you have specified in Filter (2) that your result is by Document Lines.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filter (2)<\/h3>\n\n<p>In order to process expeditions faster, track their status and development, the system provides you with different ways to filter the information. The search in Filter (2) is started with the Magnifying Glass, and the Hix clears all filters. In the table below you will see all the filters and their explanations:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Filter<\/td><td>Description<\/td><td>Further description of the options<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Result<\/td><td>&#8211; <strong>Documents view (3.1)<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Document<strong> Lines view (3.2)<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; <strong>View Items (3.3)<\/strong><\/td><td>&#8211; If you selected <strong>Documents,<\/strong> the result is a list of dispatches;<br\/>&#8211; If you have selected <strong>Document<\/strong> <strong>Lines<\/strong>, the result is a list of specific items for each dispatch line. If an expedition has 3 rows with 3 different items, here they will be on three different rows.<br\/>&#8211; If you selected <strong>Items, <\/strong>the result is a list of the items in the dispatches. The list also shows the aggregated quantities of the items.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Period<\/td><td>Choose from a drop-down menu for what period to display your expeditions. Works on an expedition date.<\/td><td>The possible options are:<br\/>&#8211; Today<br\/>&#8211; Yesterday<br\/>&#8211; The last 7 days<br\/>&#8211; Last 30 days<br\/>&#8211; The last 365 days<br\/>&#8211; Current month<br\/>&#8211; Previous month<br\/>&#8211; Current quarter<br\/>&#8211; Previous quarter<br\/>&#8211; Current year<br\/>&#8211; Previous year<br\/>&#8211; To date- shows all expeditions to date, from the first one entered into the system, regardless of date.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>From<br\/>date &#8211; By<br\/>Date<\/td><td>You select specific dates as the period for which to display your transactions. Works by delivery date.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Type<\/td><td>Filter by operation type.<\/td><td>The possible options are:<br\/>&#8211; Consignment<br\/>&#8211; Loading<br\/>&#8211; Marriage expedition<br\/>&#8211; Expedition for internal needs<br\/>&#8211; Rental<br\/>&#8211; Expedition<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Status<\/td><td>Filter by operation status.  <\/td><td>The possible options are:  <br\/>&#8211; Finished<br\/>&#8211; Active<br\/>&#8211; Cancelled<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Of type<\/td><td>Filter by &#8220;by type&#8221; of document object.  <\/td><td>Where the expedition was made. The possible options are:<br\/>&#8211; Warehouse<br\/>&#8211; Course<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>To type<\/td><td>Filter by the &#8220;by type&#8221; of the document object.<\/td><td>To where the expedition was made. The possible options are:<br\/>&#8211; Treaty<br\/>&#8211; Course<br\/>&#8211; Without<br\/>&#8211; User<br\/>&#8211; Client<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result (3)<\/h3>\n\n<p>The documents\/rows\/articles found according to the criteria set by the Filter can be viewed in Result (3). The table changes the information according to the Result type, so they will be described separately.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>In addition to the columns containing basic information about the operations, you can include and exclude additional columns of detailed data by means of check boxes. If you have 5 documents containing the same item, they will be merged here into 1 line.
