This will allow you to better segment individual customers\/suppliers and create specific pricing policies and promotions. Reports and analyses by customer type will give you important information about revenue sources and help you set the right priorities.<\/p>\n\n<p>On this page, you can add and configure new counterparty types, statuses, characteristics, and nomenclatures. On the screen you see Header (1), Tabs (2) and List (3).<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/&#x442;&#x438;&#x43F;&#x43E;&#x432;&#x435;-&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x43D;&#x442;&#x440;&#x430;&#x433;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x442;&#x438;.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9742\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>In the Header you see the <span class=\"btn icon-plus-circled\">Status<\/span>, <span class=\"btn icon-plus-circled\">Feature<\/span>, <span class=\"btn icon-plus-circled\">Nomenclature<\/span> buttons. With them you add a new status, characteristic or nomenclature. Depending on the selected Tab (2), different Lists (3) are displayed.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of counterparties<\/h2>\n\n<p>The types of counterparties serve to differentiate customers by different characteristics depending on the needs of the company. For example, by different type of distribution, association of price lists to individual groups, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p>Different types of counterparties have different functionality:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Customer &#8211; A counterparty, a user of a good or service provided by the company. You can add different customer types;<\/li><li>Supplier &#8211; A contractor providing a good or service that a company uses. You can add different types of providers;<\/li><li>Bank &#8211; A counterparty to which bank accounts and subroutines for importing and processing bank statements are associated;<\/li><li>Company &#8211; The legal entity\/persons using the system;<\/li><li>Government Organization &#8211; An administrative entity to which you can issue tax documents;<\/li><li>Holding &#8211; Customer Group, allows you to make reports by customer groups;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/&#x442;&#x438;&#x43F;&#x43E;&#x432;&#x435;-&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x43D;&#x442;&#x440;&#x430;&#x433;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x442;&#x438;-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9752\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Column<\/td><td>Description<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>ID<\/td><td>Counterparty ID<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Code<\/td><td>Counterparty code<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Arrange<\/td><td>Arrangement of counterparty type relative to others<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p>You can perform the following actions on the list:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Add &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=1421\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=1421\">add counterparty type (Customer\/Supplier)<\/a><\/li><li>Rights settings &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=2147\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=2147\">set the rights of the counterparty type<\/a>;<\/li><li>Edit &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=1421\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=1421\">edit counterparty type;<\/a><\/li><li>Delete &#8211; delete counterparty type.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Status<\/h2>\n\n<p>For a complete work with CRM module we also provide the possibility to create different statuses for your contractors.
