The screen is divided into several parts: the Metadata (1), Sum (2), Description (3), Values (4) and Related Operations (5).  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1535\" height=\"802\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/payment.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20792\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/payment.jpg 1535w, https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/payment-768x401.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1535px) 100vw, 1535px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>The metadata<\/strong> (1) shows you the terms and status of the document &#8211; counterparty information, company, date, currency, who issued the document, whether it is closed or not, etc.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Amount<\/strong> section (2) shows you the amount and currency of the payment.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under <strong>Description and Description for internal use<\/strong> (3) you will see additional payment information (if entered)<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Values<\/strong> section (4) shows the total amount, what portion has been allocated and what portion has not yet.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Related transactions<\/strong> section (5) shows you the different transactions to the payment.  <br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p>The buttons on the bottom serve for:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>  Button  <\/td><td>  Description  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Printable from  <\/td><td>Print the file<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Edit by  <br\/> <\/td><td>Edit &#8211; edit the file<br\/>Cancel &#8211; cancel the file<br\/>Delete &#8211; delete the file (unless there are no pending operations)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Close  <\/td><td>You close the file<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The sale file shows you the payment information that was issued.
