The screen is divided into several parts: <strong>Metadata<\/strong> (1), <strong>Rows<\/strong> (2), <strong>Description and Description for internal use<\/strong> (3), <strong>Sum<\/strong> (4) and <strong>Related Operations and History<\/strong> (5).<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1540\" height=\"833\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/invoice.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20904\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/invoice.png 1540w, https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/invoice-768x415.png 768w, https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/invoice-1536x831.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1540px) 100vw, 1540px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p> <strong>The metadata<\/strong> (1) shows you the conditions, the status of the document, the creation date, who issued the document, whether it is closed, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p>Additional columns to the table with <strong>Rows<\/strong> (2):  <br\/><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>  Option  <\/td><td>  Description  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Discount  <\/td><td>Displays five columns &#8211; <strong>Price before discount, Single discount, Amount before discount<\/strong>, <strong>Discount by order, Single discount,<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Final price  <\/td><td>Price with taxes<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Taxes  <\/td><td>Shows the tax based on the price  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p>The button at the end of the row allows you to see more information about the row itself and remove related documents if necessary.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the <strong>Description<\/strong> <strong>and<\/strong> <strong>Description for internal use<\/strong> section (4) you can see the comment for the document (if any)<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>The <strong>Amount<\/strong> section (5) shows you the total amount of the document.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Related Operations and History<\/strong> (6) tabs show you:  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>  Tab  <\/td><td>Description<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Related operations<\/td><td>List of the different related operations<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>History<\/td><td>The history of the document &#8211; whether it has been edited, cancelled, etc.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p>The buttons at the bottom are for:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>  Button  <\/td><td>  Description  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Print  <\/td><td>Print the file  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Email  <\/td><td>You can send an email to the customer.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Payment  <\/td><td>Shows you a list of the customer&#8217;s invoices<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Editorial  <br\/> <\/td><td>Edit &#8211; edit the file<br\/>Cancel &#8211; cancel the file<br\/>Delete &#8211; delete the file (unless there are no pending operations)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Close  <\/td><td>You close the file<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This interface shows you more information about the financial document that has been issued.
