If you do not find it in this list, it is possible that the product has not been created or has been archived. Read more about the products <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/bg\/?page_id=267\">here<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Quantity (3)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  Enter the quantity of the product to which the recipe applies.  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If the recipe refers to 1pcs. product, here you write 1, and in measure- number. If your recipe will generate 10 litres of product, you enter 10 here, and litres in a measure.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Measure (4)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  You choose in what unit of measure the finished product will be.\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If the recipe refers to 1pcs. product, in quantity you write 1, and in measure you choose number. If your recipe will generate 10 litres of product, you enter 10 in the quantity and litres in the measure.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Description (5)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The description is not a required field, but if it is filled in, the text in it is automatically transferred to the &#8220;description&#8221; field of the work order.  <\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Confirm or deny entry (6)  <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><br \/>\nOnce all the required fields are filled in, you confirm the recipe with the Confirm button (6), which saves it, or refuse the save with the Refuse button (6).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Editing items in a recipe<\/h2>\n<h3>Step #1<\/h3>\n<p>Go to Logistics &gt; Warehouse &amp; Logistics Settings &gt; Recipes<\/h3>\n<h3>Step #2<\/h3>\n<p>You find the recipe whose elements you want to edit in the List(1).<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"425\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/artikuli2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7260\"><\/p>\n<h3>Step #3<\/h3>\n<p>Click the <a class=\"icon-plus-circled\"><\/a>button on the row of the desired recipe in the list.<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1918\" height=\"452\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/artikuli3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7269\"><br \/>\nThis loads the constituent elements in the Recipe Management Workbench(1) with the possible actions to change.  <\/p>\n<h3>Step #4<\/h3>\n<p>Change, add or delete items.<\/h3>\n<h4>  Remove an item<\/h4>\n<p>To delete an item, click the <a class=\"icon-trash\"><\/a> button on the specific line in the list and confirm the pop-up. This will remove the item from the recipe.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1918\" height=\"452\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/artikuli3-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7291\"><\/p>\n<h4>  Editing an element<\/h4>\n<p>  To edit an item&#8217;s quantity or measure, click <a class=\"icon-edit\"><\/a> and enter the new values.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1918\" height=\"452\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/artikuli3-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7289\"><\/p>\n<h4>  Add an element<\/h4>\n<p>To add materials, items, products and\/or operations to the selected recipe, use the <span class=\"btn icon-plus-circled\">Add Items<\/span> button.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/%D1%80%D0%B5%D1%86%D0%B5%D0%BF%D1%82%D0%B010-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7173\"> <\/p>\n<p>  This will open an item selection interface that contains 2 tabs. The first tab displays all entered materials, items, products and the second tab displays all entered operations.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/%D1%80%D0%B5%D1%86%D0%B5%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%B012-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7189\"><br \/>\n<strong><\/p>\n<p>Add materials, items and\/or products (1)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the first tab &#8220;Items&#8221; you find the desired item of material type, item or product to add to the recipe. You can use the filters to search the table more conveniently.<\/p>\n<p><p>Once you have found your item, add it to the table using the <a class=\"icon-plus-circled\"><\/a> button.  <\/p>\n<p>\nThis will open up an additional interface for you to select quantity and measure from the specific item.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/%D1%86%D0%B5%D0%BF2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7201\"><br \/>\nEnter the quantity (1) and measure (2) of the material, item or product.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If in the recipe you are going to introduce 1pcs. of the material, in quantity you write 1, and in measure you choose number. If you are going to put in 10 litres of material, you enter 10 in the quantity and 10 litres in the measure.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<p>Add operations (2)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><br \/>\nTo add operations to the recipe, you need to move to the right tab. Adding is done in the same way as described above for the &#8220;Items&#8221; tab.  <\/p>\n<h3>Deleting recipes<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>A recipe that has already been used in Production, i.e. a work order has been made with it, cannot be deleted from the system!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/%D0%B8%D0%B7%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7312\"><br \/>\nRemoving prescriptions happens from the <a class=\"icon-trash\"><\/a> button on that particular line in the prescription list.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe revision Step #1 Go to Logistics&gt; Warehouse &amp; Logistics Settings&gt; Recipes.
