Typically, offers are presented to the client and can have two outcomes- successful, if the client agrees, and unsuccessful, if the client does not agree. The successful outcome is usually turning an Offer into a Sale.  <\/p>\n\n<p>By status, offers can be confirmed and active. The status is managed manually, but if the offer is converted to a Sale by the button in its file, it automatically becomes Confirmed and with a Successful result.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The interface for changing the status of Offers consists of two fields:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.prim.io\/content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/&#x43F;&#x440;&#x43E;&#x43C;&#x44F;&#x43D;&#x430;-&#x43D;&#x430;-&#x441;&#x442;&#x430;&#x442;&#x443;&#x441;.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12968\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offer status (1)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Select from the drop-down menu:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Active<\/li><li>Completed<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offer result (2)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Select from the drop-down menu:  <\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Successful<\/li><li>Failed<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><em>To save your changes, you need to click the Confirm button. If you want to exit without saving your changes, you need to click the Close button.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Possible combinations between Status and Result:  <\/p>\n\n<ul><li>Active status, no result<\/li><li>Closed status, no result<\/li><li>Active status, successful result<\/li><li>Active status, failed result<\/li><li>Completed status, successful result<\/li><li>Closed status, failed result<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The interpretation and management of status and outcome are entirely company\/user decisions.
